Chez Touvenot sleeps 4-8

Chez Touvenot lies mid-way between the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Royan and the historic city of Bordeaux. It is approximately five minutes drive from the main A10 Autoroute, junction 37 turnoff.

The house is a recently restored 18th Century winery that lies in the heart of the French vine-growing region of the Charente Maritime. It is a private gite with its own solar heated swimming pool set within a beautiful surrounding area. This gite is large, cool in the summer, with all modern conveniences. Its bedrooms and bathrooms are particularly spacious, making for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.

It is a perfect holiday base for families with children or without. It provides either a haven for those who wish to chill out by the pool, visiting the beautiful unspoilt beaches and dining in some of France’s finest restaurants. Alternatively a myriad of activities can be found just a short distance away. From the Cognac houses and vineyards to the historic towns of Pons, Saintes and Bordeaux.
