A guide to availability & prices
The property is available all year round at varying prices, out of season on a nightly B&B basis. This all helps us provide the perfect base for house hunters or for those wanting an escape from the rat race. The following is a guide to the price structure, and stays of longer than one night can attract a discount. Please contact us for more detailed information. From November through to the end of March we are available at £85 per night For April and May, as well as for October, we are available at at £110 per night From June until mid July, as well as for September, we are available at £150 per night, or £1,000 per week. The summer high season of Mid-July through August, is priced at £1,250 per week. High season bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
